Exit Interviews for Senior Seminar Students 2023-2024

At the Senior Seminar Exit Interviews, students will present their portfolio in a 10-minute exit interview to a panel of professionals for evaluation.   

The purpose of the interview is for students to share the work they have done while in the Career Certification Program, to practice interviewing with adults, and to gain valuable feedback on their interviewing skills. 

 Interview Feedback Criteria

Students will be given feedback on the following:

• A two-minute introduction using their portfolio and experiences in the program to share their accomplishments, traits, and skills.
• Portfolio Incorporation
• Voice Projection
• Non-Verbal Language
• Language Usage
• Listening Skills
• Answering Skills
• Overall Effectiveness
