Throughout her high school career, Victoria fostered an interest in the field of business. In her freshman year, Victoria joined the RHS FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) chapter. She competed as a freshman regionally and qualified to compete at the state level for Hospitality Management. She continued that type of success for each of the remaining years of high school competing in both Hospitality Management and Marketing. She also held an officer position in the chapter since her sophomore year. Outside of FBLA, beginning in her sophomore year, Victoria focused her efforts in the Career Certification Pathway for Business Education by taking Marketing, Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Personal Finance, Computer Applications, and she is currently in the pathway capstone course, Senior Seminar. During this school year she also completed a 36-hour internship with the Brea Chamber of Commerce. Outside of Business Education and FBLA, Victoria also finds time for extracurricular activities as she is president of the French Club, treasurer of Photo Club, and vice president of Peer Counseling. Victoria has the initiative and the drive to succeed at all that she does while supporting and motivating those around her. She investigates and takes care of whatever she sets out to do, and she is always one we can rely on in class as well as in FBLA tasks and events. After high school, Victoria will pursue a business degree at a university, and her ultimate goal is to become an entrepreneur.
We are very proud of Victoria! Congratulations!
